Initiators know what they want. Desire is the stating point of all achievement.

Initiators push themselves to act. At first we all act alone. We need to push to get the facts that encourage others to move.

Initiators take more risks. To achieve the goal we need to be willing to challenge the odds and take the risks in the face of sometimes insurmountable odds.
