What are Catalan numbers? — Catalan numbers form a sequence of natural numbers that occur in various counting problems, often involving recursively-defined objects. They can be thought of as the set of balanced parentheses. Do not think of Catalan numbers as pseudoprimes. There are only 3 Catalan pseudoprimes.
