يجب تغيير ردود أفعلك تجاه الماضي و المستقبل، من الندم و القلق إلى التعلم و الإعداد. فبدلا من الندم على أخطاء الماضي حاول التعلم منها، فليس هناك من لا يخطيء، ولا فائدة من جلد النفس إلا المزيد من الإحباط. وبدلا عن القلق من المستقبل، حاول التفكير فيما يمكن عمله للإسعداد له -إن شاء الله- من تخطيط جيد و عمل جاد.
