Time is an illusion & it's not precious at all. What you perceive as precious I'd not time but the one point that is out of time; the Now. Now is the only thing that is. It is all there is.

Mind in itself is a wonderful tool. Dysfunction sets in when you seek your self in it & mistake it for who you are. It then becomes the egoic mind and takes over your whole life.
