人生如天地，和煦则春，惨郁则秋。

美的真谛应该是和谐。这种和谐体现在人身上，就造就了人的美；表现在物上，就造就了物的美；融汇在环境中，就造就了环境的美。

世间最平和的快乐就是静观天地与人世慢慢地品味出它的和谐。

幸福永远存在于人类不安的追求中，而不存在于和谐与稳定之中。

我们说生命最重要的是和谐。我们所追求的和谐，并不是要消灭一切纷争与不和，使之平静得犹如一潭死水。实际上，生命是一种在动态里达到的均衡境界的过程。健康之人的气血就在不断地运动循环：春天让自己的气血向外生发，夏季长势喜人，秋季收获储备，冬季好好补养。

四季不断流转，人的气血也就随之经历了生、长、收、藏的运动过程，从而使人体气血充足，身体健康茁壮。我们身处的地球也处在不断运动之中，我们自身的小磁场要与地球大磁场相互应和，遵循宇宙间万事万物变化的规律，“天人合一”的智慧也在于此。

事实上，中国文化中所谓受命于“天”也不是、至少不完全是超越性的宗教概念，而带有浓厚的世俗色彩。“天人合一”、“天听自我民听”，“天”更多的是此岸而不是彼岸的东西，“天意”常常被解释为人心、民意。

迷藏捉到这个地步，也不知捉的是谁，躲的又是谁，境由心生，境却不由书灭，黄粱一梦，窗外东方又大白，世上一日，书中千年，但觉天人合一，物我两忘，落花流水，天上人间。
