事实上，中国文化中所谓受命于“天”也不是、至少不完全是超越性的宗教概念，而带有浓厚的世俗色彩。“天人合一”、“天听自我民听”，“天”更多的是此岸而不是彼岸的东西，“天意”常常被解释为人心、民意。
