Nothing can be solved if you keep fear as your top emotion, face your fears and overcome them!

Fear is not a pleasant emotion. Fear is not comforting, nurturing, relaxing, or reassuring. What we all can agree on when it comes to fear is: it’s distressing. It’s uncomfortable; and much of the time that we’re in a state of fear, we’re simply seeking to navigate our way back out again.

Fear is an emotional response induced by a perceived threat, which causes a change in brain and organ function, as well as in behavior.

Fear may arise from a confrontation or from avoiding a threat, or it may come in the form of a discovery.
