5 tips to help enter flow 1. Eliminate distractions : recovering from interruption can take AMA 20 min 2. Give yourself time : enter flow take 15 min, peak perf 45 min. Plan 90/120min 3. Do something you love : put aside the annoying for a while — 4. Clear goals : plot and plan ahead of time, define a goal on the onset, don't cast around for a mission while working 5. Challenge yourself... a little ! Entering flow requires a small dose of challenge to keep motivation and sense of accomplishment high. But too much challenges is a killer (too much frustration)
